As a Sales Operations Intern you will be part of Sales Support team and you will manage the quotation activity as a support to customers and Sales Department.
Moreover, you will contribute to ensuring that the highest standards of business practices are delivered for Philips Lighting customers.

Quotation creation/change in Salesforce/SAP/CPQ, with Philips products for projects prescribed by Philips (including alternatives for phased-out materials).
Technical questions relative to our quotations and projects.
Requests of prices and codes to Marketing for ETOs (via SFDC activities) Assure the good maintenance of the information in SFDC and correct flow.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing the correct maintenance of prices of our customers.
Ensure the proper maintenance of Contract Management information in ICON (and physical contract archive), SAP and SalesForce.

Ensure that the documentation submitted for tenders complies with the requirements of the tender and the existing legality.
