Hello!At Factorial we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us boost the Sales Account Executives Team to the next level.
he RoleYour mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in the Italian market to achieve and exceed acquisition goals while scaling our sales efforts.
You will define the strategy to drive the team’s success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial.
Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member thrives.

trategic Leadership.
Define and implement clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with Factorial’s broader business objectives.
eam Development.
Empower your AEs and TLs by coaching them on a daily basis, conducting regular sales training, and providing feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
ecruitment \u Onboarding.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing, committed AEs, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles and fostering their professional growth with clear career development opportunities.
ollaboration \u Efficiency.
Partner with the Sales Operations and Marketing teams to improve tools, processes, and business tracking, ensuring maximum sales efficiency.
ross-Functional Collaboration.
Work alongside stakeholders from Factorial’s global teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and foster synergies with other regions and business units.
n-field Leadership.
A big part of your time will be spent directly supporting your team in the field, helping them reach their targets, guiding how to enrich pipeline management and continuously improving the sales approach.

2B Sales Expertise.
Strong background in B2B sales with experience in leading teams in dynamic, competitive environments.
ales Leadership.
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with a track record of achieving results in fast-paced and demanding settings and +2 years experience as a Sales Manager.
nalytical Mindset.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze sales performance metrics, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
luency in Italian and English.
Full working proficiency in Italian and advanced in English.

Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, with the ability to manage uncertainty and drive success under pressure.
