Sales manager - Business Development BarcelonaContexto y rolPowy, una marca de TheF Charging, es una empresa en rápido crecimiento en el campo de la implementación y gestión de infraestructura de carga para vehículos eléctricos. Nuestra misión es fomentar el crecimiento de la movilidad sostenible a través del desarrollo de una extensa y eficiente red de puntos de carga para vehículos eléctricos, con el objetivo de ofrecer un servicio de alta calidad en ubicaciones estratégicas de alto valor añadido.Para fortalecer el equipo de Desarrollo de Negocio, responsable de encontrar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración para la expansión de nuestra red de recarga, estamos buscando un Business Development Manager con experiencia comercial, que sea capaz de desarrollar acuerdos de colaboración de principio a fin con entes públicos y privados. La persona formará parte del equipo que reporta al director de desarrollo de negocio, y a su vez estará a cargo de manera independiente de varios proyectos asignados.Funciones y Responsabilidades:Buscar activamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio para asegurar la expansión de la red de recargaRealizar análisis de mercado para establecer pautas y prioridades para el desarrollo del negocio.Participar en la definición de estrategias para abarcar los distintos verticalesAnalizar nuevas licitaciones y gestionar licitaciones existentesPreparar ofertas de implementación de infraestructura de carga a diversos tipos de clientes asegurando una correcta negociación hasta la firma del acuerdo.Encontrar socios estratégicos para desarrollar acuerdos de colaboración que le permitan a Powy aumentar su cartera de clientesGestionar acordemente en el CRM los leads generados y su evoluciónRequisitosExperiencia en la generación y gestión de leadsHabilidad para trabajar proactivamente de forma independientemente y con un enfoque orientado a resultadosExperiencia con contratos legalesExperiencia previa de al menos 3 años en un rol similarValorable experiencia y/o conocimientos sobre infraestructura de carga para vehículos eléctrico y/o energías renovablesDisponibilidad para desplazarse por EspañaConocimiento de Office.Español nativoInglés intermedio (B2) - Italiano valorable positivamenteSoft Skills importantes para el rol:Eres una persona proactiva y disfrutas identificando y analizando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Eres una persona bien organizada, capaz de manejar plazos ajustados y reconocer las prioridades.Tienes un espíritu empresarial y disfrutas simplificando incluso las negociaciones más complejas.Eres una persona curiosa y tienes interés en descubrir o profundizar en el mundo de la movilidad eléctrica.Eres una persona enérgica, emprendedora y positivaDominas perfectamente las herramientas informáticas estándar de la empresa (por ejemplo, Office suite, correo electrónico, LinkedIn)Tienes habilidades comunicativas sólidas y un excelente dominio del idioma español.Tienes un buen dominio del idioma inglés; el conocimiento del idioma italiano es una ventaja añadida.Lo que ofrecemos:Contrato permanente, RAL (Remuneración Anual Bruta) acorde a la antigüedad y experiencia, bonificaciones individuales al logro de objetivos y trabajo ágil orientado a objetivos. Our mission is to foster the growth of sustainable mobility through the development of an extensive and efficient network of charging points for electric vehicles, aimed at offering the highest quality service, in strategic and high-value locations.To strengthen the Business Development team, responsible for finding new collaboration opportunities for the expansion of our recharging network, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with commercial experience, capable of developing collaboration agreements from start to finish with both public and private entities. The candidate will be part of the team reporting to the Director of Business Development, and will independently oversee various assigned projects.Responsibilities:Actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the expansion of the recharging network.Conduct market analysis to establish guidelines and priorities for business development.Participate in defining strategies to cover different verticals.Analyze new tenders and manage existing ones.Prepare offers for implementing charging infrastructure for various types of clients, ensuring proper negotiation until the agreement is signed.Identify strategic partners to develop collaboration agreements that allow Powy to increase its client portfolio.Manage generated leads and their progression appropriately within the CRM.Hard Skills Required:Experience in lead generation and managementAbility to work proactively independently and with a results-oriented focusExperience with legal contractsPrevious experience of at least 3 years in a similar roleValuable experience and/or knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and/or renewable energiesAvailability to travel across SpainKnowledge of Office suiteNative Spanish speakerIntermediate English (B2) - Italian is positively valuedSoft Skills important for the role:You are a proactive person who enjoys identifying and analyzing new business opportunities.You are well-organized, capable of managing tight deadlines, and recognizing priorities.You have an entrepreneurial spirit and derive enjoyment from simplifying even the most complex negotiations.You are a curious individual with an interest in discovering or delving deeper into the world of electric mobility.You are an energetic, enterprising, and positive person.You have a perfect command of the company's standard computer tools (e.g., Office suite, email, LinkedIn).You possess strong communication skills and an excellent command of the Spanish language.You have a good command of the English language; knowledge of Italian is an added advantage.What we offer:Permanent contract, RAL commensurate with seniority and experience, individual bonuses upon achievement of goals, and goal-oriented agile work.
