We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-focused Sales Manager to join our team at TAVIL. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing effective sales strategies for various countries, driving the company's growth.Your main responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve established revenue and quota objectives.Identifying business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company's presence.Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective alignment between sales strategies and business operations.Regularly analyzing and evaluating sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective action plans.Establishing strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.Keeping abreast of market trends competition and best practices in sales.Requirements:Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.Successful track record in achieving sales goals and quotas.High proficiency in both English and Spanish.On-site work at our Sant Jaume de Llierca facilities.Full availability for travel.We are looking for someone proactive, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills to lead and motivate the team.We offer:Opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team in an innovative work environment.Active participation in the development and implementation of international sales strategies.Competitive salary based on experience and sales success.Additional benefits.Possibility of professional growth within the company based on performance.Work environment that encourages creativity, autonomy, and personal development.Continuous training to stay updated on the latest market trends.Business trips to establish relationships with clients and strategic partners.
