Our Designia Graduates Program is a 12 months sales-oriented acceleration program through which you will learn abut our Business, both combining formal training sessions (hard and soft), and on-the-Job training and Development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior management, in an International environment, rotating through different assignments. Participants will be guided by Country Managers / Regional Directors and the program will be sponsored by two senior executives. Keep in mind: you will get 1000€ if any or your referred candidates is finally recruited. Other degrees Will be valued if the candidate shows strong appetite and some experience selling high design products and/or upscale services.+ Clear interest in developing a sales & business professional career.+ Open for mobility around Europe. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment and energy to lead projects. + Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language will be valued. + Whilst no formal working experience is required, any experience in Sales & Customer Attendance will be valued. What is the purpose of the program?The Designia Graduate Program aims to identify, coach and develop young Arquitectures and Designers (others could be considered) so that they become Senior Sales executives and fill a Sales Senior role within COSENTINO one the program is completed. When does the program start?The Program will go live Nov 18th, 2024 and will finish by October 10th, 2025. How does the structure of the program look like?The first three weeks will take place in our HQs in the South of Spain –in class training-After that, participants will be assigned to their Home business offices –on the job training- They will also have to complete a 3 weeks’ international assignment –in any of our Europe Sales teams-They will participate in two other in-class training actions along the program. During the last four months participants will work in a specific project that they will have to present and defend in front of Senior Leadership during the last three weeks. What happens at the end of the program?Participant will be offered permanent job in a Sales role in any of our Centers around Europe
