This is an exciting time to be joining HCL Software, as we expand, invest and grow.You can read more about us at https://www.hcl-software.com/As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to sell HCL’s Hybrid (Cloud & On Premise) solutions to both new prospects and existing customers within a given territory with a primary focus on acquiring new clients. You will be a high energy self motivated individual with responsibility for developing and managing sales campaigns through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. You will develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the solution as well as participating in the development, presentation and sales of the value proposition. You will be responsible for negotiating pricing and contractual terms to agree and close the sale. You will Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers developing a robust pipeline strategy and sales plan to cover the designated territory effectively. Additional responsibilities include:Managing your opportunities within the CRM system through all 6 stages of the saleAccurately managing your forecast in line with HCL linearityCultivating expertise in industry trends impacting the relevant sector and leveraging this knowledge to drive sales initiatives.Collaborating with Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to identify and generate new opportunities.Providing strategic guidance to key stakeholders on the value propositions of HCL Software´s SaaS Application solutions.Partnering effectively with our extensive network of partners to maximize sales potential.Required Skills/Experience:Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a sales role.Exposure to at least one industry (retail, telco, insurance, banking…), understanding its unique dynamics and requirements.Experience of using sales opportunity qualification tools such MEDDPICCR.Disclaimer: HCL Software is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer*.
