Valencia ¿Dónde vas a trabajar? An important company in the meat industry is seeking to appoint a Sales Director.
Descripción The Sales Director is responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the growth and profitability of the meat company.
Sales Strategy.
Define and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends to anticipate opportunities and increase market share.
Team Leadership.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to ensure performance targets are met and a high-performance environment is maintained.
Client Management & Business Development.
Build strong relationships with key clients and distributors, identify new business opportunities, and lead strategic negotiations.
Market & Competitor Analysis.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting & Analysis.
Track and analyze sales performance, propose improvements based on data insights, and ensure effective use of CRM tools.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the meat industry.
Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of the meat industry, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
