Responsibilities.
Proven experience in B2B sales and generating new business, ideally in recruitment products/services Strong focus on cold calling and lead generation.
Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and targeted campaigns to identify potential leads and initiate engagement.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and determining the fit for our products/services through effective questioning and active listening.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities using CRM software for efficient tracking and reporting.
Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospects.
Meet monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified leads and opportunities, contributing to the company's revenue growth targets.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in a sales-driven role or similar position, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with prospects.
Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
Ambitious, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Fluency in additional languages (as applicable to the market) is advantageous.
