om Requisitos We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative.
The individual needs to be ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful and will join our growing SDR team.
You will be responsible for assisting with the growth of our sales pipeline across the world (Americas, Europe, MEA, APAC), working in close cooperation with the Digital Marketing and regional Sales teams.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an interest in the Fintech industry.
We are looking for someone who has at least 1-3 years of relevant B2B experience, ideally in software.
Essential.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French - Stellar ability to multitask with email management, phone and live chat communication with prospects - Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice - Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in MS Excel and/or G.
Spreadsheet - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM Key responsibilities.

Drive sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach 2.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales professional for further development and closure 3.
Define and update the best-working outbound sequences in collaboration with marketing and sales teams 4.
Align and collaborate with SDR team members 5.
Utilize CRM software to track and measure all sales activity 6.
Report on a weekly basis the status of our lead qualification & pipeline 7.
Understand Sopra Banking Software’s solutions, and how they serve our customers’ needs- including features, benefits, and key examples of usage 8.
