Competitive intelligence through our internal tools and by monitoring media-related press.
Scheduling meetings via cold calling and emailing (managing the prospecting file).
Meeting preparation (client news and updates revenue history and selection of relevant commercial offers to present).
Presentation of our commercial offers to clients during in-person meetings or video calls.
Following these meetings implementation of follow-up actions both internally and with clients.
Coordination with our Customer Success Managers to provide the best recommendations in response to client briefs.
Client follow-ups to secure advertising placements.
Cross-functional tasks.
Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of the weekly sales meeting.
Setting up and centralizing documents related to the sales team based on needs (in collaboration with the Sales Director).
