Beam Suntory is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day.What makes this a great opportunity?Sales Coordinator (He/She) de Hostelería Directa será la persona que conjuntamente con el Manager Territorial participará en la definición y ejecución del Route To Market (RTM) del área y de los planes de acción para el desarrollo y construcción de las marcas en el Punto de Venta de Hostelería de su área de responsabilidad.Es la persona responsable de la gestión y liderazgo de un equipo de Sales Representative, inspirándoles, motivándoles, desarrollando su aprendizaje, asegurándose de que todos ellos tienen claridad respecto a sus funciones y objetivos y de cómo todo ello contribuye a la consecución de los objetivos del área y la compañía.Role ResponsibilitiesEstablecer los planes de acción necesarios que permitan que cada uno de los/las Sales Representative a su cargo cumplan los objetivos planificados.Parque de clientes: asegurar que cada SR tenga el mejor parque siguiendo los criterios del territorio del GTM.Construcción y cumplimiento del bottom up y Budget de su equipo: revisión de volúmenes, inversión e índice de rentabilidad acorde a la segmentación del local, coordinación Commercial Marketing.Planificación mensual y semanal: definición de las prioridades, seguimiento y organización.Velar por maximizar el retorno de la inversión y los objetivos establecidos.
