SALES COACH UK (F/M/D)

This position is based in Spain.
You can work from everywhere in Spain or from our office in Barcelona! Are you an experienced sales talent and like to share your knowledge with others? Do you have a background in coaching and know how to support employees in developing their skills? Do you have a proactive attitude and are motivated by the success of others? Then you have come to the right place! As a Sales Coach for the UK market, you will be responsible for projects that are critical to our sales success.
Your tasks will vary from coaching individual sales people to being responsible for communicating the latest product developments.
Your primary goal is to mentor the UK sales team and create the best training cadences through inspiring, innovative and applicable sales tactics.
The position is part of our Revenue Enablement team within Business Operations.
Aside from our enablement team, you will work very closely with the UK Team Lead and the UK Country Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales techniques and how to leverage them in individual scenarios.
You will need to have experience with guiding sales representatives towards success and the ability to motivate individuals of varying seniority.

Your tasks - Co-develop and introduce sales cadences for both new sales hires and our current UK sales team - Analyse and define key success factors for new business acquisition - Identify development needs and provide constructive feedback to each sales representative - Manage and coordinate the overall training strategies for the UK sales team.
Ensure that all information is easily and quickly accessible when needed, for the sales team and our Revenue Enablement team - Measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs and learning outcomes, including feedback from the team - Seek opportunities to develop yourself further as a coach and teammate - Be comfortable with functioning as a liaison between our sales, marketing, and product teams- 5-10+ years of relevant work experience – including within the field of outbound B2B sales (e-commerce/SaaS or another relevant tech vertical)- Strong analytical sense and strategic mindset- Expert knowledge of different sales methodologies and how to apply them- Excellent communication skills and coaching capabilities- Native-level of English and experience with the UK market are both requiredWhat we offer- Full-time contract and 24 days holiday- This position is fully remote.
