Salary Range: $800 - $1000 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and persuasive Sales Callers to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in connecting with prospective clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our senior sales team. This is a results-driven role that requires strong communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold and warm calls using vetted lead lists
Qualify prospects based on project scope, budget, and decision-making authority
Schedule consultations and discovery calls for senior sales or project leads
Accurately log call notes, maintain follow-up records, and update CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and lead gen teams to align on outreach campaigns
Handle basic inbound inquiries as needed
Maintain high energy, professionalism, and persistence across all interactions



Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of sales or outbound calling experience (preferably B2B or healthcare-related)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Strong phone communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and dialing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Excellent English fluency (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote setup
