SALES ASSISTANT

Welcome and engage in conversation with customers, help them as needed and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, Oversee the arrangement of window displays, shelves, and counters on a store floorManage point-of-sale processes, such discounts, price changes, and customer returns accordingly, Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions.Monitor stock levels to facilitate restocking and replenishment of emptying shelvesMaintain an up-to-date customer database by entering customer profile detailsEnsure compliance with established store policies and guidelinesEstablish appropriate security measures to reduce the risk of theft or shopliftingCollect cash and handle credit card transactions to process payments for purchaseProvide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challengesMaintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed..Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products.
