We are a young, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.What are we proposing?We are looking for a result-driven Sales Agent to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. With a great perspective on all our operations, managing the different countries we are operating in providing a 24/7 service, your role consists in becoming one of our top travel agents within our Sales Department by bringing in customers and developing business.An effective Sales Agent must be an excellent communicator and have great people skills, plus you must be comfortable presenting our products over the phone.Be a part of a team where you will:Handle requests from customers who have expressed interest in the Exoticca products. You will have to determine customers needs, answer their questions about our products and make recommendations.The duties of a Sales Agent are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the sales goals and company targets.Apply best practices to identify consumers’ budget, timeline, and decision-making processes with a high-end delivery.Demonstrate strong knowledge of our products and packages.RequirementsA previous sales experience plus a proven track record of success.High ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.A can-do spirit: you are coachable, highly motivated and driven to succeed. You're ambitious and can show a commercial attitude.High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you can work polyvalent schedules, including night shifts, weekends and bank holidays. The rotating night shifts are to cover our US & CA markets mostly.Fluency/Native in English; we have a special interest in multilingual talents, mainly in the markets we operate: Germany, France, Spain, UK, US, CA, etc.Based in BarcelonaPreferred Qualifications:Previous contact centre experience in the Travel industry (2 years).Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism or any relevant field.Knowledge of Salesforce, Amadeus or other CRM's.Sound knowledge of travel trends.We're also looking for native German speakers for our markets.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Highly ambitious commissioning plan.Additionally, we propose the use of flexible compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee.Hybrid work model: you can work from home and the office.
