Job Description We build.

You will join the sales support team and will be responsible for the following tasks.
Drafting, processing, and monitoring quotes, orders, and deliveries in accordance with established sales support procedures.
Preparing quotes for potential clients.
Gathering necessary information to respond quickly to emails and/or customer requests.
Supporting clients and distributors.
Assisting in the tracking of deliveries for recorded orders.
Opening, monitoring, and filing customer files.
Collaborating and interacting with the accounting, logistics, and IT departments as part of the follow-up on customer files.
Qualifications Qualifications we’re looking for.
You have a significant first experience in a similar position.
You are autonomous, meticulous, and know how to take initiatives.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.
You have already worked with an ERP and/or a CRM.
Mastering English is essential.
Native spanish is mandatory.
A third language (french) would be a plus.
