Job Description The successful candidate will provide support to the Page Executive team in Spain with following focus.
Conduct comprehensive research to identify and engage top-tier executive talent for our clients' strategic leadership positions.
Collaborate with our seasoned consultants to understand client requirements and develop targeted search strategies.
Identify target companies and individuals using various resources including networking, references, recommendations, in-house databases and Internet resources.
Prepare target lists and long-lists of preselected candidates.
Conduct initial screenings with candidates and prepare reports afterwards.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The Successful Applicant Previous experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment, preferably in the executive search industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
