As a Junior Procuremnt Specialist, you will support the purchasing department and ensure efficient and effective procurement of wind turbines, photovoltaic panels, H2 Electrolyzer and other necessary components.In turn, you will be involved in matters related to the WTG, especially in the selection process, as well as the negotiation of the related contracts (TSA, FSA and framework agreements), and any other contract related to the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, commissioning and operation of the WTGs as well as to other major components within generation facilities.Main accountabilities: Continuously scan the solar PV and Wind marketMonitors all equipment purchases to ensure purchase order information matches the shipment and Confirm subcontractor compliance and meets project requirements.Ensure that project costs are properly categorized and that a feedback loop mechanism is in place to compare and adjust estimating costs vs. actual project costs including, but not limited to production rates and cost of materialsPrepare and issue request for quotation and compare pricesMonitor purchase orders and ensure delivery deadlinesCollaborate with the project team to ensure material requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases and suppliesProvide accurate cost estimationsIdentify opportunities to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the procurement departmentEnsure compliance with company requirements and KPIs, as well as compliance policies by preparing and tracking internal approval documentationCollect and report on the state of projects procurement and their evacuation infrastructures.Active participation in the classification of suppliers based on risk, evaluating aspects such as compliance with the company's ethical and environmental standards.Implementation and monitoring of supplier evaluation processesRequirements and personal skills:Education: Engineering or equivalent (B.Sc. min). Preferably a generic aeronautical, industrial, naval or similar type of engineering with knowledge of mechanics and electricity. Masters in Renewable Energy is a plus. Experience (years/area): 1+ year in procurement in the renewable energy sector is necessary Languages: Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages are highly values (French, Portuguese, Turkish)Required knowledge: .
