¿Qué harás? Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán.
- Apoyar al Regional PR Manager en la definición e implementación de estrategias y proyectos de relaciones laborales, brindando asesoramiento legal cuando sea necesario.
- Gestionar y prevenir conflictos laborales, asegurando el pleno cumplimiento de la legislación laboral, convenios colectivos y políticas corporativas.
- Resolver disputas laborales individuales y colectivas, promoviendo un clima social positivo y relaciones laborales sólidas.
- Asesorar al área de Recursos Humanos y a otros departamentos en temas laborales, ofreciendo orientación legal cuando se requiera.
- Liderar negociaciones laborales, el diálogo social y las relaciones sindicales, incluyendo la participación en convenios colectivos y la gestión de huelgas.
- Representar a la empresa ante autoridades laborales y administraciones públicas, gestionando procedimientos laborales - Contribuir a la mejora de procesos dentro del departamento de Relaciones Laborales, apoyando planes de acción e iniciativas de mejora continua.
- Colaborar con el equipo regional para implementar procesos comunes de PR en toda la región.
¿A quién buscamos? - Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Relaciones Laborales, preferiblemente en empresas con una gran plantilla.
- Sólidos conocimientos de la legislación laboral española y experiencia en asuntos laborales colectivos, incluyendo relaciones sindicales y negociaciones sociales.
- Capacidad para manejar situaciones de alta presión con agilidad y dinamismo.
- Experiencia laboral en empresas multinacionales.
