As our Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of talent acquisition while utilizing your language skills to support our Dutch-speaking clientele.
You will work closely with our experienced team of Recruiters, gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Main Responsibilities Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Dutch & English Creating and maintaining a long-lasting relationship with candidates Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects Core Skills/experience Bachelor's degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship People-oriented, able to engage with candidates and clients Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
