The primary requirement is fluency in German or Italian.***Your Mission Should You Choose to Accept:Embarking on this journey with Rephine means being at the heart of key global projects, with responsibilities that include:Comprehensive Quality Systems Implementation: Taking part in all phases of TrackWise or TrackWise Digital quality systems implementation on the Salesforce Platform, from kick-off to go-live.Customized Quality Design: Leading workshops to tailor quality systems to customer specifications.Validation and Documentation Support: Assisting with the validation and configuration documentation of computerized systems.Project Management Excellence: Monitoring and controlling projects to adhere to scope, budget, and timelines. Preparing project change requests when necessary.Empowering Users: Training administrators and end-users in best practices for system configuration and maintenance.Business Development Support: Contributing to business growth through RFP responses, SOW creation, new project estimations, and project planning.Market Expansion: Aiding the expansion of QMS services into the German territory and beyond.Customer Engagement: Conducting product demonstrations and holding regular meetings with clients to tailor configurations to their needs.This Role Is Tailor-Made for You If You Have:A Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.Proven experience in the pharmaceutical environment, with a deep understanding of GxP compliance, validation, and quality systems management.A passion for computerized systems, automation, and programming.Exceptional teamwork capabilities.The readiness to travel, engaging with clients across Spain, Europe, China, and other locations.Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical solutions to meet customer requirements and explaining complex concepts in simple terms.Native in Italian or German; Fluency in English and Spanish.
