Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.The main objective of our future Quality Manager for the Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden) is to act as a point of contact with the managers of the different European HUBs, to fairly evaluate the customer service manager teams and their data, and to propose improvements to increase their performance.Think you might fit in, then read on!Your day-to-day duties will be as follows:- You will have to ensure the best customer support according to the project guidelines.- You will be in charge of ensuring the use of MSXI's methodology and business knowledge guidelines with the agents to deliver a high quality business service.- You will implement the necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure the achievement of the project objectives.- You will be the direct contact for the call center agents and the managers of the different European HUBs. So you will document and communicate clearly, accurately and quickly in Danish/Norwegian as well as in English.- You will share best practices with all teams to improve customer service.- You will be a point of reference for the other team members to improve performance and achieve the expected results of the project.We are looking for you if:- You have a very high level of English that allows you to work in English on a daily basis.- You have an advanced level of Nordic languages (mainly Danish or Norwegian).- You have previous experience in Customer Management.- You have managed small teams (between 5 and 10 people).- You are analytical, organised, methodical and proactive in proposing new improvements in procedures.- Previous experience or knowledge of the automotive sector would be an asset.- You are able to work in our centre in Madrid or Valencia.What do we offer?- You will be part of a great team of professionals in an internationally consolidated company.- You will acquire a global vision of the automotive sector, interacting with customers, suppliers, consultants and dealers.- MSX Bazaar: Collective purchasing portal with great discounts for employees.- Flexible remuneration plan (medical insurance, transport card, meal card, training...).- 23 working days according to collective agreement + 3 extra days.- Internal training plan.- Additional incentives for employee referral programs, internal trainers, new business opportunities.Do you think you are the ideal person for this position?
