Here we all contribute ideas, make decisions and collaborate so that each customer feels unique, special and fully satisfied with our service.The main objective of our future Quality Manager for the Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden) is to act as a point of contact with the managers of the different European HUBs, to fairly evaluate the customer service manager teams and their data, and to propose improvements to increase their performance.Think you might fit in, then read on!Your day-to-day duties will be as follows:- You will have to ensure the best customer support according to the project guidelines.- You will be in charge of ensuring the use of MSXI's methodology and business knowledge guidelines with the agents to deliver a high quality business service.- You will implement the necessary corrective and preventive actions to ensure the achievement of the project objectives.- You will be the direct contact for the call center agents and the managers of the different European HUBs.
