The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying test scenarios that can be automated and developing them. Bugs management will be approached collaboratively with both the QA team and developers to ensure effective identification, reporting, and resolution of any issues encountered during testing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of bsport's software products.Handle, document or define a process for bugs found by the automated tests and transfer them to the QA team and tech team.Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been fixed and do not reoccur.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers to ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements.Define metrics to monitor the quality of the platformYou will enjoy working within an internal team of 25 people, consisting of Tech, Product, and Data experts, directly surrounded by our Senior Leads and CTO.Our stack is fully automated with push-to-deploy on both frontend and backend. We use Kubernetes and AWS, and our CI is self-hosted. Our methodology is based on agile principles, with weekly releases to production and staging to iterate, gather feedback, and drive progress.You will be a good fit to join us if you:Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Have 2-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.Have Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Tosca, Playwright and Xray.Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, PythtonKnowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.Proficiency in EnglishIf you are passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of software products and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we encourage you to apply!
