QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST

With currently around 200 employees from different countries, we are actively shaping the future of work.Your primary responsibilities include:Define and create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases considering the required test typesInvestigate incidents from a technical perspective, report bugs and assist development team in the bug fixing processAnalyze system specifications and technical design documents to understand what needs to be testedContribute to technical discussion within the team and provide input for technical decisionsMeeting with project managers to determine client needsWrite documents, analyze and extend the existing documentation and provide technical trainingTo fit this post we look after:Previous work experience (3 – 5 years) in manual testing proficiency in SQL and experience with database testing.Hands-on experience on complex projects in Banking, Utilities, Insurance etc., and have a good grasp of understanding business processesExperience with test management systems/ bug tracking toolsGood knowledge of software development life cycles and test processesStrong analytical skills and good communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative test team.What we offer:Way of working: remoteWork from home or anywhere you feel comfortable as long as you live in Spain and you have a valid work-permit.
