QA TECHNICAL LEADER

With a commitment to adding value to over 500 clients, we've been supporting them in their digital transformation journey since 1994.We are looking to add to our team an experienced QA Technical Leader for a project in Saudia Arabia.Important: Availability of travel every 2 months to Saudi Arabia.𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:Create and build quality framework.Perform quality assurance activities over QC processes.Perform audit and excellence services.Establish end to end testing methodology through processes and procedures, guidelines, templates, and checklists.Develop test plan and test strategy.Bring the best practices and standards to ensure the quality of the software. · Perform checks and validation reviews for compliance in testing.Allocate resource to projects.Manage resources utilization.Continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members.Review of test plans and test casesReview test reportCommunicate to Project Manager and Technical Lead the testing status.The Testing Lead will be responsible for oversight and coordination of all aspects of all testing types, including coordination and oversight of all testing cycles and testing personnel.The Test Lead will provide guidance on where and how to allocate testing resources to ensure proper execution of the contractor’s testing approach, methodology, and plan.The Test Lead will confirm that all entrance and exit criteria are met within each test phase, and will ensure that all identified defects are properly communicated to the Tawal Stake Holders𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:• Availability to travel to Saudi Arabia every 2 month• Minimum 8 years in solution quality assurance role with demonstrated experience in Test automation and Manual testing• Experience in leading international teams of more than 10 people in manual and automated tests• Experience in qulity gates in pipelines𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 C1: this key role will work with team 100% in English.We offer a great environment, long-term remote contract, the opportunity to join an international project.#Weareknowmadmood Join us! 😉
