We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, creativity, and collaboration, which are the driving forces behind our success in developing groundbreaking software solutions.Python Developer/Team Leader Role Description:Are you a skilled Python developer fluent in Spanish and English, looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and innovative environment with a focus on transportation or car retail domains?Join our team as a Team Leader, where you will play a key role in leading a group of talented developers connected to a group of top-notch data scientists in creating cutting-edge software solutions that incorporate AI technologies.Responsibilities:Lead a team of Python developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions for transportation and car retail domains.Drive innovation and excellence in software development practices within the team.Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and requirements' design to deployment and further product support.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams.Solid experience as Python developer (5+ years of experience)Strong knowledge of OOPExperience with Python frameworks (like Django, Flask)Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Python entity frameworks (like SQLAlchemy)Experience in building REST APIs.Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and the frontend framework is a plus (like Angular, Vue.js)Understanding the DevOps culture and experience with containers (CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Azure).Fluency in Spanish/ English.***Consider candidates who are located in the EU zone onlyTerms of employment:Work schedule: flexible and remote work scheduleContracts: B2BTerms: Full-time employment / ability to work from any EU locationBenefits & perks:Friendly and united international team of colleagues The chance to work side-by-side with thought leaders in DS/ AIPossibility for a remote work from any part of the world2 weeks’ paid vacation (official holidays, days off are also paid off fully)Flexible time scheduleCorporate events' celebrations and outdoor activities such as pizza days, Friday bars in Poland, etc.If you are passionate about software development, AI, and leading a team to success in these domains, we are welcoem you on-board.
