PURCHASING & SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

This position will provide an overall view in both internal and external Supply Chain and the synergies with Purchasing, at operational level as well as tactical.
Core Responsibilities.
· Work to maintain the agreed contractual sourcing plan strategy amongst suppliers · Request for Quotation, check on pending Purchase Requisitions.
This will include Service and Materials · Release Purchase orders for both Raw Materials, Packaging.
· Follow up with suppliers, maintaining SAP delivery dates · Freight/Shipment price settling · Run semestral Vendor Performance Evaluation · Create and maintain the data repository for freight & warehouse (library tool) · Maintain MDM (Material Master Data).
Vendor, RM, Packaging, material codes, pricing and commodity codes · Align Raw Materials (BOM only) and packaging needs to the production schedule and maintain safety stocks · Request new logistics transportation routes and assign to the appropriate service provider · Participate/support inventories count at all warehouses.
· Support on organizational backups · Comply with SHE regulations.
· Report to direct supervisor and/or SHE department any incident or suggestions for SHE.
Requisitos Education and Experience Requirements.
University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Law or equivalent education.
APICS CPIM Certification preferred.
SAP preferred Fluent in English.
