We are expanding our multi-award-winning Sales Team based in Marbella, Spain, and now have TWO REMAINING POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH, BUT ANY OTHER LANGUAGE IS ALSO A BONUS - PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE ALREADY LOCATED IN SPAIN OR ARE PLANNING TO RELOCATE HERE IMMEDIATELY.Affinity are a client-rich, fast-paced Real Estate agency, providing full onsite training - experience within the industry is not essential, but will, of course, be a bonus. Expect a one month training period after which you will be meeting with actual buying clients.Our existing sales team consists of: Junior (€30k earnings for year 1), Senior (€50k to €70k earnings), Top-level Sales Consultants (who consistently earn over €100k per annum). Within our initial training period you will be expected to start earning commissions within 4-6 weeks.The ideal candidate will have a huge amount of initiative, common sense, and the ability to learn one end of the Costa del Sol to the other. A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH, AND A SECOND LANGUAGE WOULD BE EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL - IN PARTICULAR FRENCH, DUTCH, OR GERMAN. You must also have access to a 4 door car (and must have a full driving license). You will also need to be based on the Costa del Sol in order to attend an initial meeting at our office in Puerto Banus, Marbella.Junior Sales Executive, Sales executives, and Senior Sales executives:Who is suited to this role?:-This is for candidates that have little to no experience (for Junior), some experience (for Sales), and extensive experience (for Senior Sales position) in the Real Estate market.-someone looking to start a new exciting career with full training.-swift progress to your first clients (within 4 to 6 weeks of starting).-this role is for a sales-person who will meet clients face to face, touring them in each of our key areas along the Costa del Sol, with the aim of selling a property to the client.For this role you will need:-YOU MUST BE A RESIDENT OF SPAIN OR ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK HERE.-a driving license.-a presentable car, with the ability to carry 2 to 4 passengers.-full car insurance.-be a fluent English speaker (other languages are a bonus).-the ability to study and retain basic information.-have a relatively flexible lifestyle with the ability to work whenever the buying client requires.Please note: unlike most agencies, affinity does not require you (the salesperson) to perform any telephone sales, administration, property listing, or any other role...
