PRODUCTION OPERATOR (1ST SHIFT)

Schedule.
12 hour rotating shifts; 7.
am-7.
pm (3 days one week, 4 days the next).
Compensation.
Starting wage $21/hour PLUS a $2.
shift differential Additional Bonus.

· Follow and promote all safety rules and demonstrate knowledge of safe operating procedures · Work amongst continuous running production equipment · Maintain well organized and clean workstation in a 5S manufacturing environment · Update required documentation in support of efficient production processes and to ensure a quality product · Perform to all quality expectations, isolate and report all defects, ensure that product meets all dimensional and cosmetic standards, and adhere to all SOP standards ·Communicate efficiently and professionally with coworkers, other shifts, and other departments · Utilize tap measure for quality checks and utilize computer systems/HMI screen regularly · Count and maintain accurate inventory records as needed Additional Skills.
· High school or equivalent (Required) · Manufacturing experience.
