Job title: Product Owner
Location: Malmo/ Sweden/ Amsterdam, NL
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Hybrid
Location: Malm or Amsterdam. Expected to work on sight twice a week.

Are you passionate about driving marketing excellence through technology and innovation? We are looking for Product Owner Marketing Communication Planning Tool to design, implement, and optimize a cutting-edge platform that enables markets to plan and execute their marketing strategies effectively.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist CLIENT S in developing and managing a comprehensive Marketing Planning Tool that supports teams in aligning marketing activities with commercial calendars, growth plans, and media mix strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless tool integration into existing workflows. Enable markets to input and track marketing activities while aligning them with their communication and channel strategies.
Provide input training material and support to users, ensuring the tool is adopted effectively and planned to be rolled out to all markets. Continuously evaluate and enhance the platform to meet evolving business needs and marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate industry-led tools (Buy to be integrated) in the market that will support a user-friendly and robust tool that accommodates all marketing activities, commercial priorities, and media strategies.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure the tool aligns with organizational goals and supports cross-market planning.
Analyze feedback to improve tool functionality and usability.
Stay updated with the latest marketing and planning technologies to ensure our tool remains innovative.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc:
Experience in Product Management working closely with Engineering, Data Analytics Design. Working Agile with tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
Experience in marketing planning, digital tools development, or related fields.
Strong understanding of marketing calendars, growth planning, and media strategy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
