What you will do.
Product Roadmap.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives.
Backlog Management.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the delivery of high-value features.
User Stories.
Convert high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Collaboration.
Engage with business units, tech teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Sprint & Release Planning.
Oversee sprint planning and ensure smooth product releases with minimal disruption.
Low-Code Solutions.
Lead the development of low-code solutions to enhance operational efficiency and case management.
Agile Practices.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master to maintain agile best practices and effective requirements management.
Global Integration.
Support international teams (Europe & South America) in the global technical integration of solutions.
Quality Assurance.
Work closely with teams to define and meet acceptance criteria, ensuring high-quality standards.
What You Bring.
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in IT product management, preferably within an agile environment.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and coordinating multiple teams.
Knowledge in low-code solutions and process design.
Certifications like Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
