Ready to join a team where innovation meets collaboration? If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here! We are seeking a highly motivated and technically astute Product Manager to join our Platform Product Management team in Chiasso (TI).
In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the evolution and strategic direction of our core platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and extensibility to support our growing suite of applications.
You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and other product teams to define and deliver platform capabilities that empower our product portfolio and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities.
• Platform Strategy and Vision.
Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy for Board's core platform, aligning with the overall product roadmap and company objectives.
• Roadmap Contribution.
Assist in the development and maintenance of a prioritized platform roadmap, considering technical dependencies, architectural considerations, performance requirements, and the needs of other product teams.
• Requirements Elicitation.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to gather and define detailed technical requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for platform features and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and other product teams to ensure the seamless execution of the platform roadmap, from design to deployment.
• Stakeholder Engagement.
Engage with internal stakeholders, including other Product Managers and Engineering leadership, to understand their platform needs and provide updates on platform initiatives.
• Platform Lifecycle Management.
Participate in the entire lifecycle of platform features, including planning, development, launch, and ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Performance Monitoring.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform stability, performance, and scalability, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Technical Landscape Awareness.
Stay informed about relevant technologies, architectural patterns, and industry best practices related to enterprise software platforms.
• Documentation and Communication.
Contribute to the creation of clear and concise technical documentation for platform features and communicate platform updates effectively to relevant teams.
Qualifications.
• Academic Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4+ years of experience with the Board platform on enterprise projects and 3+ years in product management or a similar technical role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences • Proven collaborator with engineering teams; proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable • Experienced in agile development; familiarity with BI, planning, or analytics tools is a plus What We Offer.
