Is this something you feel identified with? We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team, collaborating on strategic projects for a global e-commerce client and working as part of an international product squad.

Act as a strategic partner to business and tech teams, identifying opportunities and defining product roadmaps based on customer and business value.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional, international teams (design, tech, business) in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Lead discovery initiatives, synthesize insights and translate them into clear product requirements and priorities.
Manage product backlogs and prioritize based on impact, feasibility and user needs.
Work closely with stakeholders in Europe and the US, requiring excellent communication and alignment across time zones.
Monitor product performance and define KPIs, using data to iterate and improve features continuously.
Advocate for a user-centric approach while balancing business goals and technological constraints.
– What are we looking for? – Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management, ideally within tech companies or e-commerce platforms.
Solid experience in end-to-end product development, from discovery to delivery.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and manage expectations across regions.
Experience working in global squads and managing priorities in multi-timezone environments.
Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
A proactive, business-oriented mindset, with a clear focus on delivering value to users and the company.
