mprove processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and lower costs 2.
se methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen Monitoring and Auditing 1.
onduct process audits according to audit plans 2.
onitor production results such as yield, defect rate, and OEE Training and Team Support 1.
rovide quality-related training to production staff 2.
ollaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams Quality Documentation 1.
reate and maintain documents such as Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, and PFMEA KEY PERFORMANCE Scrap cost reduction.
