wiss Job Description You will be the central interface between the HR Teams where the action happens and the techies which bring your process designs to live.

What about these tasks & duties Define, shape, and implement process that support the HR activities.
Sub-project leader for local and global improvement initiatives Project work in global deployments, mainly around SAP Further development and enhancements of our standardized ERP solutions Direct touch point for our internal and external technical consultants Sparring Partner for our operative business stakeholders within the HR departments Establish a global Key User community around SAP HR.
Global Key User for dedicated core functionalities in Human Resources Develop strategies and standard operating procedures for effective end to end processes Support Blueprint creation and user documentation creation On hand testing for new applications and adopted processes Qualifications Master studies and/or at least 7 years of experience in relevant area of expertise Exposure to core processes within a HR department Experience in Process Management and Process Improvement Proficient knowledge of SAP HR Presentation skills and open communication to all levels of staff Problem solving skills and capabilities to explain complex situations in an easy and understandable manner Possible Travel to one of our global locations, but very limited.
