PRINCIPAL PRODUCT MANAGER

Our Team The Relevance Core team in the Personalization domain plays a critical role in optimizing VistaPrint's personalization strategies.
We build and own a suite of sophisticated data products using machine learning models, comprehensive reporting analytics, and automated data engineering workflows.
Our data products empower Product teams across all our PX organization to build personalized experiences for our customers, measure the impact of those personalized experiences, and jointly innovate new ways to implement and scale personalization strategies across our vast and complex product assortment.
What You Will Do User & Product Expertise.
Act as the voice of the user by deeply understanding the needs, workflows, and challenges of partners and customers.
Use this knowledge to shape the vision and strategy for personalization products within VistaPrint’s ecosystem, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Strategic Vision & Prioritization.
Define and communicate a clear, inspiring multi-quarter vision for the product team.
Translate this vision into focused quarterly plans that balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the product backlog and define meaningful KPIs that reflect business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with key partners across the business.
Proactively communicate product vision, priorities, and progress—along with risks and mitigation strategies—through clear language and relevant artifacts.
Ensure alignment and support at all levels, including senior leadership.
Driving Innovation & Technical Understanding.
Collaborate closely with data engineers, analytical engineers, and ML engineers to create scalable and impactful data-driven solutions.
Apply advanced discovery techniques and maintain a solid understanding of the technical landscape to identify new opportunities, guide development, and drive continuous improvement across pricing automation.
Leadership, Growth & Team Culture.
Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Share knowledge, mentor team members, and promote standard processes within the team.
Contribute to a positive working environment where innovation and growth are encouraged.
Pricing Automation & Software Focus.
Leverage your experience in software product management to lead the development of integrated personalization data products.

Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a Product Manager or similar role, with a significant focus on data products, analytics, or business intelligence.
Demonstrable experience in software product management, with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and building software solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record to build strong relationships and influence key partners at various levels.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multiple priorities effectively.
Fluency in English is essential.
Nice to Have Experience with personalization strategies and concepts is an advantage.
