Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Spanish and Portuguese Speaker - Madrid - Contract/Freelance 6 months, market rate Travel to Madrid will be required for this role Must Have.
Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Quality Engineering), Strong domain experience in BFS vertical Must be a fluent with Both Spanish and Portuguese speaker Experience preparing and responding to large size RFI/RFP responses Description.
We are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Quality Engineering), who will be responsible for end-to-end pre-sales and solutions support for quality engineering opportunities.
The role plays a strategic role in winning new business across the geographies.
The role collaborates with sales teams, and subject matter experts to build a compelling solution and value proposition that addresses the customer's business challenges and problems.
The role is also responsible for communicating the inputs regarding market research and brand positioning (analyst response development and briefing presentation, go-to-market strategy POV, offerings and USP POVs, content and messaging design for website) with marketing team.
Responsibilities and Competencies.
Lead and design solutions for quality engineering RFPs/RFIs/proposals and complex testing problems by driving the requirements discussions with customers and prospects Conceptualize, design, develop and present the proposed solution; ensuring a future-ready integrated quality engineering solution is delivered 'right first time' Stay up to speed on market trends, process, practices, and technology developments to ensure they enhance the offerings and solutions applied to the quality engineering problems Act as a technical liaison between prospects, clients, quality engineering teams and management Engage with the customer build professional relationship; participate in teleconferences; lead customer workshops and presentations Mentor and train team members on domain and technology, help resolve any technical issues Travel to customer location across the geographies to participate in consulting/proposal/RFP/SOW defense discussions and presentations Lead continuous improvement activities through contribution to technology repositories, supporting process change, leading transformational changes, and driving re-use Requirements Must be a fluent Spanish and Portuguese speaker Overall 14+ years of experiences in quality engineering services (functional/non-functional, manual & automation) to large businesses Prior experience working with Quality Engineering Services Company or working with Quality Engineering Service Unit in IT services company Ability to have conversation with client (key stakeholders or key technologist at client).
Ability to drive the discussion and arrive at conclusion.
Experience working in multiple countries is a big plus The ability to see the big picture and manage multiple threads at the same time Well-versed in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous testing Understand and plan for commercial aspects and impact on winnability and deliverability of the solution Experience in Delivery Management, Test Management, and Client engagement and people management skills.
In depth knowledge of one or more technical specializations including - quality engineering, release management, test environment management, test automation, test data management, testing approaches and test execution, performance engineering, development operations.
Experience preparing estimates, high-level proposals, frameworks for new business opportunities.
Experience preparing and responding to large size RFI/RFP responses.
Experience defending RFP responses as an individual contributor.
Experience with all SDLC (Agile, Scaled Agile, DevOps) and engagement models Know the art of negotiation, persuasion, and deal management Strong technology background, awareness, appreciation Strong domain experience in BFS vertical Strong stakeholder relationship management and the confidence to initiate and influence relationships with and between key stakeholders 6 months, market rate Travel to Madrid will be required for this role Pre-Sales Solution Architect - Spanish and Portuguese Speaker - Madrid - Contract/Freelance
