Optimanova is an international digital marketing agency based in Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife, which was founded over 10 years ago by former Google employees.As a certified Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising Partner, we execute and manage successful campaigns in more than 10 languages for both national and international clients..We are currently looking for a Paid Advertising Manager (m/f/d) to join the team onsite at our office.RESPONSIBILITIES:Concept, planning and implementation of campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and MetaManagement & optimization of campaigns according to predefined performance targetsReporting and analysis as well as derivation of recommendations for actionKeyword research, market analysis and competitive monitoring Communication with clients via email, video call and/or in personTeam leadership & task coordinationProvide training to new team membersREQUIREMENTS:Language skills: fluency in English is a must (other languages are a plus)In-depth Paid Advertising knowledgeAt least 2 years of work experience in the fieldExperience in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), Meta, Google Analytics, SEMrush/AhrefsExperience in other Social Media Networks (LinkedIn/Pinterest/TikTok Ads) is an advantageResults-oriented with the ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlinesStructured and responsible way of workingStrong communication skills and a high degree of professionalismPersonal initiative and innovative spiritInterest in digital trendsWHAT WE OFFERAppealing work, attractive workplace and a pleasant working atmosphereMulticultural environment and a multidisciplinary teamCompetitive salary plus performance incentivesOpportunity for career developmentFlat hierarchies and short decision-making pathsFlexible working hoursOpportunity to learn, grow and develop your own ideasFree drinks, fruits and snacksIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for PPC, we would love to hear from you. Apply and take the first step towards becoming a valued member of the Optimanova Solutions family.
