Our lab is led by Prof.
Aurora Pujol, and focuses on Genomic Medicine for brain genetic disorders, particularly leukodystrophies.
We belong to research communities of CIBERER, La Caixa and ICREA.
\r\n\r\n What We Do.
\r\n\r\n We integrate cutting-edge multiomics analysis for identification of molecular targets drugs repurposing, translating into clinical trials.
We apply multiomic approaches to investigate immunometabolism and the role of complex lipids in regulating the innate and adaptive immune responses.
Our projects are supported by both national and international grants and research networks.
\r\n\r\n Your Role.
\r\n\r\n We are seeking immunologists or cell and molecular biologists passionate about understanding the molecular basis of brain metabolic disorders.
As part of our team, you will apply integrative multiomics and functional analysis of immune cells to validate novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets in a variety of cell models and patient’s samples, including iPSC-derived brain cultures.
Your results will directly contribute to translational research with real clinical impact.
