Our team provides in-depth strategic consultancy using a data-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused approach to achieve commercial goals of Amazon sellers.
Our holistic service offering includes topics such as International expansion, Portfolio Optimization, Fulfillment Strategy, Product Presentation, B2B Sales, Promotions, Advertising Strategy and Brand Building.
In parallel to this strategic support, all Sellers integrated receive enhanced operational support by a separate team of operational experts.
hat is the role of a Program Manager Cost to Serve and IR Operations and its’ purpose?As a PM in SAS, you’ll be an essential part of innovating & transforming our processes.
You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of a new structure to service SAS Sellers.
You’ll also oversee processes that are already running and find ways to improve them.
This is your opportunity to have a big impact on some of the most exciting new ideas that are shaping the future of Amazon.

uxembourg, Luxembourg Key job responsibilities- You are a part of the Central Product Team and work within the Business Operations team.- You collaborate with the SAS Business to reduce cost to serve, while maintaining a high bar in Seller Experience.- You will work closely with RBS, SPS and AHS partners to support SAS Sellers in a cost efficient and scalable environment.
- You will forge partnerships with business workstreams, crafting processes to adapt to evolving Sellers preferences.- You establish goals aligned with 3P objectives and report on goal progress (MBR, QBR, etc.).
