Your role in a nutshell.
Responsible for Vodafone Italy operational short & long term planning, analysis and ensure alignment and integrity with strategic directions of the department, helping VFIT SLT in decision making support through analysis and reporting.
What you’ll do.
•    Develop comprehensive and data driven forecasting models for incoming volumes based on historical data, seasonality, and external factors •    Analyse call volume patterns, historical call volume and other relevant data that help to identify pattern and trend •    Identify areas for process improvement and recommending strategies to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency  •    Monitor real time performance against forecasts and proactively make adjustments in forecasted volumes that are discussed with market owners to identify needed staffing to meet abandon rate targets  •    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including management team to share insights, discuss forecasts and ensure alignment with organizational goals  What will you bring to the team.
•    Proficiency in Excel and other data visualisation tools for analysing and presenting historical data, trend and forecasts for each market/segment  •    Working effectively with cross-functional teams, such as operations, marketing and War Room to gather data and insights in order to produce  accurate weekly and monthly forecast models, giving proper insights and recommendations to Market owners and assist in the decision-making process •    Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives.
•    Capacity to identify issues, analyse root causes and develop solutions to improve planning and reporting processes •    ability to think laterally and to suggest business insights •    Ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•    Excellent command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Projects, Visio) •    Excellent communication skills in Italian (English is a plus) •    Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail •    Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities under tight timeframes, while maintaining the professional standards.
