Formación de postgrado en eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad en edificación (Post-graduate training in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings)2.
Responsabilidad en coordinación de equipos y gestión de proyectos (Project co-ordination and team management responsibilities) 3.
Uso avanzado de programas de simulación energética dinámica de edificios (Advanced use of building energy simulation software (dynamic, such as Energy Plus, Trnsys, DOE-2, etc...)4.
Uso de programas de simulación de iluminación en edificios (Use of lighting simulation software for buildings)5.
Experiencia en evaluación de la calidad ambiental de la edificación y sistemas de certificación como LEED, BREEAM, etc (Experience on environmental quality assessment of buildings and certification schemes, such as LEED, BREEAM, etc)6.
Conocimiento en instalaciones de edificios (climatización, ventilación, renovables) (Knowledge on technical systems of buildings (HVAC, renewable energy)7.
Uso de bases de datos de materiales, sistemas constructivos y de acondicionamiento de edificios (Use of databases of building materials and HVAC systems)8.

The person will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team with the possibility of joining the EU-funded ZEBAI project, after a complete recruitment process, when AI4E3nvelope is completed.
