PAYROLL SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Calculation of monthly payroll, as well as monthly taxes such social security (Siltra-Casia) and 111 form
Able to provide explanation about payslips to the employees
Registration/ deregistration of employees both in social security and in the payroll software (Summar)
Submission of exit documents and records to terminated employees (Certific@)
Administration and handling of long leave (e.g. maternity, sickness)
Data maintenance in payroll program (e.g. vacation consumption, address and personal changes, salary change)
Giving information on employee requests: employment/salary changes/ employment/salary
Forms for family allowance / maternity leave
Manage and register employment contracts (Contrat@)
Manage garnishments requests and payments
Support the rest of the People team Experiència 2 anys. Two years of experience in Payroll department
Experience with Spanish labor law. Competències / coneixements: Proficiency in MS-Office (Especially Excel)
Proficient English skills will be a must
Knowledge Payroll system Summary (Navision)
Self-starting attitude and self-motivating
Very good systems and analytical skills
Client and service oriented
Organizational skills and time planning
Detail oriented anglès (parlat c1 - d.funcional, escrit c1 - d.funcional)
