PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Founded in 1884 in Switzerland, Omya has a global presence extending to more than 160 locations in over 50 countries with 9,000 employees.We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona! 🌟In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the HR department and maintaining accurate employee information according to the supervisor's directions and within the department's policies and procedures.👉 As a Payroll Specialist, you will have the following key accountabilities:Documents managementManage employee life cycle by maintaining employee records so that information is accurate and secure.Request and collection of all documents to do the contract. (To be sent to our external supplier).Data managed may include personal information; job history; early retirement, retirement and insurance documentation; time leave accrual records; and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression.PayrollMonthly Collection of incidences.2 collective agreements involving plant operations and offices.
