About usJoin us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza.Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.What do we expect from you?Under the general guidance of the Pastry Chef, you are to always maintain a high standard of cuisine, as well as the desired food cost and to produce creative and on brand menu ideas and budgets accordingly.The Pastry Sous Chef is the day-to-day face of the operation and must fully represent the brand in and outside of the kitchen.·Chef with demonstrable experience in Pastry of at least 2 years.·The desired candidate it up to date on food trends, seasonal products, and the local market.·The candidate must possess the leadership of running the kitchen while also building a foundation for growth for their team members.
