u00a0 u00a0 Joining TUI Global Business Services as P2P Executive, you will assist with Accounts Payable (AP) activities within Global Finance Services to provide a high level of service for internal and external customers.
00a0 u00a0 ABOUT THE JOBu00a0 u00a0 Assisting with Supplier accounts management, providing TUI MM entities and businesses the right support to the Accounts Payable cycle with Accounting activities in accordance with company policiesu00a0 Preparing payment proposals and ensuring payments are accurate and on time Processing supplier invoices, answering supplier queries, and supporting financial controlsu00a0 Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the businessu00a0 Reviewing discrepancies and solving invoice incidences, identifying and managing issues on supplier accounts, analysing supplier account status and validating prepayment and deposit requests Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, communicate effectively, and proposing improvements of any identified issues on supplier accounts will be further tasks in your role u00a0 ABOUT YOUu00a0 u00a0 Business University degree advantageous u00a0 Excellent level of English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and verbalu00a0 Previous experience in a General Ledger department u00a0 Previous experience in administration, supplier and customer management Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excelu00a0 Someone with proven numeric skills and accounting acumenu00a0 ERP (enterprise resource planning) experience, SAP would be an advantage u00a0 ABOUT OUR OFFER u00a0 Working in the leading global tourism group.
