ORG EFFECTIVENESS SPECIALIST

Description Scopely is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our Organizational Effectiveness team in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis working 2-3 days a week from our hub.

The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist is responsible for supporting a broad range of operational and logistical support for various programs and projects within the OE Team, including coordination duties related to our employee engagement, performance management and learning programs globally.
What You Will Do Serve as the front line liaison to all OE queries and requests.
Partners with other members of the OE team to administer programs through Workday and Peakon, including launching and administering engagement surveys, self-evaluations and manager evaluations, etc.
Create and maintain all training and Job Family Architecture content by working with subject matter experts to ensure they are accurate and up to date Coordinate and manage various OE programs by tracking attendance, noting and solving issues, answering logistical questions.
Coordinate and maintain the global learning calendar of events, including developing, managing and evolving the communications plan for each program in partnership with our communications team to drive a clear and positive understanding of programs across Scopely Track, analyze and report out various training and learning metrics including status reports from Zoom, LinkedIn Learning, etc.
Schedule training sessions for employees to ensure adequate preparation time and ensure all events and project related activities are planned and executed on time and balanced against other priorities in the company and team Attend various OE sessions to ensure all logistics and details are handled as planned Maintain effective working relationships with a broad and diverse group of People Team professionals through a collaborative and shared set of goals Help foster adoption and utilization of companywide programs What We're Looking For Experience with Workday Performance Management or equivalent system Knowledge in developing reports in Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to lean into a fast-paced organization with changing priorities Reputation for partnering and working collaboratively with others Ability to develop and draw effective conclusions from reporting/data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail At Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that!
