Company Description We’re looking for an Operations Management Intern to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou! The Hoxton Poblenou in the city of Barcelona is our 11th Hoxton.
The hotel boasts 240 bedrooms of different sizes, a large restaurant Four Corners with The Slice shop and La Bodega, a rooftop pool and our taqueria Tope, a bright and airy lobby, a multi-functional basement events space and The Apartment (our unique meetings & events concept).

Reporting to our Director of Operations, you will be responsible for supporting the daily hotel operations for 5-6 months.

Job Description What you’ll do… Assist with onboardings of all operational departments.
Assist and be present whatever the mood calls for, from assisting the Housekeeping department to helping in the Engineering department or any rotations within the operational departments.
You are a great link to improve communication with operations departments as support for the Heads of Department.
Help the Director of Operations prepare and compile of periodic report backs from back of the house insights to guests reports.
Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our management team with any requests.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
