As an Operations Intern, you will have the mission to help us manage the growth of our internal processes and procedures and master our data.
Your performance will have a significant impact on the development speed of bsport.
Working with the Operations.
As of now our company is running smoothmy and growing aggressively, our next challenge will be to sustain an accelerated growth with better organizational tools, cross-team collaboration, and a real data-driven strategy.
As such you will be part of one the most central team, the Operations.
As such, your missions will include.
Carrying out data analysis in tools such as Metabase, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, and more Presenting your Analysis to C-level executives.
Challenge the internal teams to discover new opportunities for process improvements, propose implementation Assist Operation Managers in carrying out long term projects Working cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and engineering teams.
hat skills we expect you to have:• Native level of French, proficient level of English• SQL and/or python proefficiency• Passion for the data, in all its forms• Engineering, Finance or Accounting studies or previous experience with data will be highly considered• Strong interest in the tech environment• Good attention to detail and organizational skills• Someone who likes to be challenged and learn new things• Last year of a Masters program is desirable but not required• 6-month commitmentNote.
