Mission Zur Verstärkung der Almirall AG suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Assistenz Sales & Medical (w/m/d) an unserem Standort in Wallisellen bei Zürich.
Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten Selbstständige Erledigung der Assistenzaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft Unterstützung des Directors Sales & Marketing und der Medical-Abteilung Umsetzung von eigenen Projekten Umsetzung und Organisation von Fortbildungen, Kongressen und internen Events in Absprache Budgetführung inklusive Erfassung und Kontrolle in Absprache mit den Abteilungen Führen der Korrespondenz sowie das Erstellen von Protokollen Verwaltung und Koordination der Geschäftsfahrzeuge Sachbearbeitung im Bereich Commercial und Medical Erstellung von Listen, Grafiken, Präsentationen, Statistiken und Tabellen nach Bedarf Rechnungskontrolle, inklusive der Eingaben in das VIM- sowie in das SAP Ariba Tool Datenpflege im CRM-System (Veeva) Ausbildung Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erfahrung 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise in einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen Spezielle Kenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch-, gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen oder medizinischen Umfeld von Vorteil Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen PC-Anwendungen SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil Als attraktiver Arbeitgeber bieten wir Ihnen leistungsorientierte Bezüge mit guten sozialen Leistungen, die persönliche Atmosphäre eines mittelständischen Unternehmens, eingebunden in einen internationalen Pharmakonzern, und hohes Ansehen im Markt.
